As a Live In Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents' daily needs and enhancing their quality of life. Live and work in the same place while paying $0 rent in exchange for overnights Sunday - Thursday! Shifts available are part-time during the week and e/o Saturday and Sunday 7a - 3p, additional can be worked at other homes. This position is essential in creating a nurturing environment where older adults can thrive in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.

• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents.

• Monitor patients' health and report any changes to the appropriate supervisor or nursing staff.

• Observe and document residents' behavior and progress accurately, including MAR's.

  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or assisted living environments preferred.

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.

• Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism.
