Live-In Caregiver (Rent-Free Housing | AFH Licensed Home | Full-Time or Part-Time) Creative Community Living Services – Juneau, WI

Creative Community Living Services (CCLS) is hiring a dedicated Live-In Caregiver to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in one of our Adult Family Home (AFH) licensed homes in Juneau. This unique opportunity allows you to live on-site rent-free in exchange for overnight sleep hours and care responsibilities.

Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time, we’ll work with your schedule. Shifts include overnights (Sunday–Thursday) with additional morning, evening, or weekend hours available.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily routines including hygiene, dressing, and medication

• Prepare meals and support healthy eating habits

• Offer companionship, encouragement, and meaningful engagement

• Perform light housekeeping and home maintenance tasks

• Help foster independence and support personal development goals

• Stay overnight in the home and respond appropriately if needed

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Prior caregiving experience is a plus, but not required

• Friendly, patient, and respectful attitude

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Ability to follow care plans and safety procedures

• High school diploma or GED

• Physical ability to assist with mobility and personal care

  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $16.00/hour

• Paid Training (initial and annual)
