We are seeking dedicated and empathetic Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of care in both our state licensed Adult Family Homes as well as our Community Supported Living program.

Positions Available in La Crosse and Onalaska

Part-Time

• Caregiver: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift (with rotating weekends)

• Overnight sleep: 10pm-6am (with rotating weekends)

Part-Time Plus

• Caregiver: 2nd shift (with rotating weekends)

Full-Time

• Caregiver: 1st shift and 2nd shift (with rotating weekends)

• Caregiver/Supervisor: combination of caregiver and supervisory hours (with rotating weekends)

• Floating Caregiver: position requires flexibility (with rotating weekends)

  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration and/or reminders.

• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.

• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.

• Help with heavy lifting and mobility assistance as needed.

• Coordinate appointments and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.

• Work with individuals with developmental disabilities in a caring and respectful manner.

  
  

Requirements: Completion of Caregiver Background Check and must be at least 18 years of Age.

Preferred: A valid driver license
