CCLS is looking for a full-time Cook for our 20-bed CBRF facility in Bayside, WI.

The hours are flexible (7am-3pm or 6am-2pm) Monday - Friday


Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and serves meals according to proper dietary orders using their planned menus.

  • Encourages residents to eat a proper, balanced diet and adequate fluids while respecting residents’ right to free choice.

  • Prepares and serves meals according to menu and resident diet order in a restaurant style.

  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen after each meal and at the end of the day.

  • Completes on going food inventory

  • Maintains refrigerator and freezer in a clean and organized manner as well as proper temperature control.

  • Assures proper food temperatures

  • Practices proper hygiene in the kitchen

  • Assures that foods are prepared, stored, and labeled according to proper kitchen and food procedures.

  • Maintains a safe and secure working environment and practices safe working habits.


Qualifications:

  • Relevant cook experiences: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Line cook: 1 year or cook: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Acceptable criminal background information disclosure.

  • Acceptable pre-placement drug screen
