CCLS is looking for a full-time Cook for our 20-bed CBRF facility in Bayside, WI.
The hours are flexible (7am-3pm or 6am-2pm) Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
Prepares and serves meals according to proper dietary orders using their planned menus.
Encourages residents to eat a proper, balanced diet and adequate fluids while respecting residents’ right to free choice.
Prepares and serves meals according to menu and resident diet order in a restaurant style.
Clean and sanitize the kitchen after each meal and at the end of the day.
Completes on going food inventory
Maintains refrigerator and freezer in a clean and organized manner as well as proper temperature control.
Assures proper food temperatures
Practices proper hygiene in the kitchen
Assures that foods are prepared, stored, and labeled according to proper kitchen and food procedures.
Maintains a safe and secure working environment and practices safe working habits.
Qualifications:
Relevant cook experiences: 1 year (Preferred)
Line cook: 1 year or cook: 1 year (Preferred)
Acceptable criminal background information disclosure.
Acceptable pre-placement drug screen
