As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team. Your primary focus will be recruiting for the Madison and Beaver Dam. You’ll work closely with management and regional teams to ensure that we attract top talent committed to supporting individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source, screen, and interview potential caregiver candidates.

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to our organization's needs and values.

• Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.

• Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified caregivers for current and future needs.

• Collaborate with managers to assess staffing needs and provide recruitment support.

• Attend job fairs, networking events, and other community outreach initiatives to promote CCLS.

• Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition for caregivers joining the team.

  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in recruiting or human resources, preferably within healthcare, nonprofit, or caregiving environments.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and team members.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

• Knowledge of local labor markets and community resources in the Madison and Beaver Dam areas is a plus.
