We are currently seeking a Full-Time Program Manager to join our Madison team. This is more than a job, it’s an opportunity to create meaningful impact in the lives of adults with developmental and physical disabilities, while leading and inspiring a team of dedicated caregivers.

As a Program Manager, you are the “go-to” leader for your client caseload, serving as both an advocate and a mentor. You’ll foster strong relationships with clients, empower staff, and make sure each person’s day-to-day support is delivered with care and quality. This is a career where leadership meets heart.

• Shape daily living experiences – coordinate supports, activities, and recreation tailored to client needs

• Champion health & wellness – schedule and attend medical appointments, ensuring clients stay healthy and supported

• Lead with purpose – mentor and train staff, foster teamwork, and encourage professional growth

• Drive smooth operations – oversee scheduling, payroll, recordkeeping, and regulatory compliance

• Step in when needed – provide direct support to ensure consistency of care and coverage

• Protect and empower – manage client assets responsibly, ensuring safety and transparency

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Education/Experience: Associate degree in Human Services OR at least two years of related experience

• Skills: Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication (both written and verbal)

• Independence: Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
