Program Manager
Creative Community Living Services, Inc. (CCLS) is looking for an experienced Program Manager of one of our AFH homes, to lead our team in providing exceptional in-home care for individuals with disabilities. If you have a passion for supporting both staff and clients, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support caregivers providing in-home care
Ensure clients receive person-centered, high-quality care
Provide ongoing training and mentorship to staff
Monitor and maintain accurate documentation of care plans and services
Assist with scheduling and coordination of in-home services (staff schedules, client activities etc.)
Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
A compassionate and supportive approach to leadership
Ability to pass a background check
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required
