We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and empathetic Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities in both our Community Supported Living Program as well as Day Service Center. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals while promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Hours Available:

• Day Service Center: Tuesday and Thursday from 3:15pm-6:15pm and every other Friday from 3:30pm-8pm.

• Community Supported Living Program: Monday from 11a-2:30pm, Wednesday from 9am-1pm, Friday from 12pm-3:30pm and every other Saturday from 2:30-8pm.

  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including:

• Personal hygiene and grooming

• Meal preparation

• Medication administration and/or medication reminders

• Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

• Assist with mobility needs, including heavy lifting when required.

• Support individuals in accessing and participating in community activities.

• Work respectfully and compassionately with individuals with developmental disabilities.

• Follow care plans and organizational policies to ensure high-quality support.

  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Successful completion of a Caregiver Background Check.

• Valid driver's license required, proof of current auto insurance and access to a reliable vehicle for scheduled work shifts.
