As a Community Supported Living (CSL) Caregiver/Director, you’ll provide both direct care and supervisory support to help individuals live independently in their communities. This is a co-director position with opportunities to help expand our program and make a real difference every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide hands-on care and support to individuals

• Complete assessments and person-centered plans

• Build meaningful community connections

• Assist with scheduling, supervision, and program development

What You’ll Need:

• 18 years or older

• Acceptable background and driving record

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance

• 6 months of direct care experience (preferred)

• 6 months of supervisory experience (preferred)

Wage: $18.00/hour

Location: Stevens Point, Wi Area
